That's not a mystery to us who know that already but your conclusion that the mineral occurrences mean nothing and only the mines count is poor logic. If that were the case, then before any mines were there, that area would be a pointless waste of time. Mineral occurrences are actually a good way to review the prospectivity of an area and it's exactly what would have happened when discovering some of those mines. You're correct that they don't guarantee anything but think about it, would you rather MHK look in an area with no previous mineral occurrences? They are a useful tool for quickly seeing trend prospectivity and are evidence for actual mineralisation on that trend. So, in the end, MHK has high grade rock samples along a known mineralised trend in the right type of lithology with a density of quartz veins in a fairly tight area that has never been drill tested. Your decision is wait for drilling and miss a big gain or pullback in the price or jump in like us before. You could always take a partial stand previous to drilling and then follow up based on results bearing in mind a few holes never makes a mine or just wait for drilling results but even that won't tell you the full picture as these things take time to unfold.
