The challenge with this stock is that it is now ex growth, all of its recent growth has come from interest income on the back of rising rates which are already falling in the UK and will shortly fall in the US.
The gift card business hasn't been growing for years and they've shut down or sold off the high growth assets.
The FY24 results will benefit from a full year of interest and overall its a great business but shrinking businesses (and it surely will be in FY25) with legal issues don't get double digit multiples so I can't see a huge breakout to $1.50 anytime soon.
