TK I think it is very reasonable to ask the question what has changed, I too am very intereted to hear/see the answer to this question. I'm no scientist, I'm purely speculating and tbh got in rather late on all the hype on its' run up in SP, luckily early enough that I currently see green in my holding, this could very much turn to red very quickly if they don't release something rather substantial at the Miami conference.

All I'm telling myself is that why in their right mind would they present again years later if they have nothing that management feels would interest big pharma. To purely run this course to get the SP to run so timely so that directors can cash in their options would be suicide to the company for a short term gain, and everything they have said in recent times is promoting the opposite. I believe they do have something more or different to what they had back in 2013 and I'm willing to put some chips on the table to find out.....
