    How do you know HIV never develops resistance to BIT225? This is a massive claim given HIV develops resistance to all other antiretrovirals. HIV develops resistance quickly to other drugs in the same structural class as BIT225 and which also target the VPU protein.

    I have wondered why there is no in vitro resistance studies published for BIT225. Has BIT not done these studies or have they just chosen to not publish them.
