I agree. I think the US IPO listing has been on the radar for a very long time, but never seems to have solid steps towards this.
I would note that TLX cancelled its US IPO because of the amount of discount investors wanted. TLX is a higher quality business with revenue and didn't even need to raise money, so that is something to keep in mind. I don't think AVR would suddenly get a massive re-rate in terms of valuation and the best to hope for would be a larger raise without much of a discount.
I have added a starter position into this company once again because I am happy with some areas of progress but until they sort out their financials once and for all I am happy to wait and increase my position later, knowing that capital raises will continue to occur until that point and any increase in EV will happen slowly given the amount of SOI.
