Mate, The Nasdaq listing is the "main game" the question should be "what will be the IPO strike price" ?
As a dual listing is it fair to say that both markets reflect a similar market cap?
One point I would like to make is why do people think that the any money will be raised here, would it not be easier to raise in the US ?
Wayne has already stated that the 15% rule in OZ doesn't allow the coy to raise enough capital in one go and that is why I think the cap raise is not going to happen here.
With a listing in the worlds biggest market the hype around our devices best in class performance won't go unnoticed.
So IF we get the go ahead by years end the game should finally start.
