No, it should not be onerous, however, the process can take time and the factors influencing the time it is taking is an unknown factor. A simple spelling mistake or a question by one reviewer can delay the process by months. Additionally, if the process is reflective of Australia, the approval process requires every facility to give approval and that can take time.
