Village Roadshow licence the content to Stan. If Linius technology can trace the piracy to a particular Stan user/account then my guess is that Stan could be requested/contractually obligated to take appropriate steps to ensure the user does not continue to pirate content, such as warnings of prosecution or removal from the service.

This would a be a lor easier than actually going through a lengthy court process for each instance of piracy.
