What’s the deal with SIS?

Hey all ✋ just come across SIS, curious to get your thoughts on what’s going on here?

From my research it looks like a SaaS business with reasonable product-market fit & growing ARR revenues. But it’s really beaten down from a share price perspective.

Does it feel like SIS’s turning the corner & likely to grow as a SaaS business from here, or does it feel like it’s just limping along until it runs out of cash?

Also how would you describe the attitude of the founders/management? Does it feel like just a lifestyle business or do they seem like they genuinely want to grow this into something?
