But I know 100% that management is not into it for the lifestyle. Gerard Dyson is a very well credentialed business person and very committed to growing this company and getting it cash flow positive. Living in Perth, I've taken the opportunity to meet with him at their premises on a number of occasions.
His initial efforts were kyboshed by Covid and then post that a decision was made that the company needed to spend more to make incomes more stable and to update what had become a tired set of hardware. Both of these aims have been met and like the poster above I believe it is turn around time. Its pointless crying over spilt milk. Market sound. Customers significant and stable. Moat. Growing ARR on top of growing revenues. Committed management. Committed set of top holders. Ridiculously low market cap.
You've picked a fortunate and good time to come across SP3 in my view.
