    Yeah, i get all that nathan. It transfers balance sheet wealth, it doesn't improve the bs as some believe.

    Though the whole concept also re-raises the complication of the SPS conditions. I doubt PPX is even allowed to conduct a buyback if they are not making the distribution. Read clause 4 of the PDS.
