    You can declare fair value to be whatever you like, I won't accept a penny less that $100 of Paperlinx stock in an exchange.

    Moreover, if management believes that the bybrids are standing in the way of repairing the balance sheet, then let's see the conversion/recapitalization proposal in its entirety.
