    There are always unrealistic people who will not accept less than X for their stock.

    X is normally what they paid for it, but sometimes it's a figure jsut plucked out of this air. When x is 10 times the market price, people can draw their own conclusions.

    In this case, yes the $100 is enshrined in the PDS, but the world has moved on, there is no money to pay it and there never will be. Conversion at full PXUPA entitlement will never happen, and if it does, it will precede liquidation, under which PXUPA will probably be worthless anyway.
