Hi Imunro. Sorry, I miss read your post. You are correct. Many hybrids "recovered" to $100. I thought you were implying many companies have redeemed at $100. PXUPA has every chance to "eventually recover" to $100 or near enough given the enough time, a possible cap raising and general turnaround in fortunes.
But the chances of being redeemed at face value is slim as they dont have a deadline attached that many others have. And the perpetual hybrids were the slowest to recover post GFC for that reason.
The question is, and always will be, what are holders willing to accept as an early payout. $100 is only gauranteed at maturity. And time definitely has a value to all investors.
