    Will shareholders of either class actually support a capital raisimg ?

    The company really needs to raise about $70m, IMO, to get itself back in the game, which is basically a 1 for 1 based on the combined market caps of the two classes of share.

    I would be surprised if anyone actually has the appetite for that, unless the banks were prepared to take a haircut in the process (which they wont).

    Seems to me the best way to clean up this mess is for Price to find a buyer for the whole of PPX and PXUPA.

    The last time this happened everyone threw their hands up in the air in outrage at an indicative private equity offer of 9c for the ords and $23 for the hybrids.

    In hindsight, that would have been a great deal for shareholders. If a slightly improved deal could be found, one would hope that holders of both classes would be a little more realistic of their predicament this time round.

    IMO.
