    If the PIGS committee and Coastal truly believe PXUPA are worth between 800 PPX and 1972 PPX , why don't we see them trading at $48 and $100 ?

    I am happy to sell my 3700 at $12.50 ( under 250 for 1 )and buy PPX at 5.5c ....any takers ?
