SAS Directors have advised us that any equity raise in Australia would be prohibitive at the current share price. Hence SAS is currently pro-actively seeking a strategic investor(s) internationally.We have assumed a strategic investor is on-boarded prior to the end of CY18, acquiring a 15% stake in SAS for A$40m.
This is ways to come guys no CR as I mentioned 100 times and if they get that amount we will be self funded for the following batches.
Good times ahead 50c party will happen soon enough.
