Name I came up with a long time ago, actually has little to do with investing, long story. Liquidity isn't there to build a decent position here anyway.
This seller is definitely in a hurry to get out, not playing it too intelligently, ~$20k could have it back up to 22.5, wait for the bid to reload and dump again. This guy is killing the market.
