They raised capital for drilling at 22c into a rising Cu rice. That money has peen partly spent on effective (good to middling results) or is still there. I think this is just likely some broker off loading a position and given it is small and thinly traded that's the result.
To list on the TSX or equiv. Well they better get the story out properly. Or it may be allied shenanigans.
