From the vigorous testing regimes of [a]the various DOTs in the US, other countries, [c]its market acceptance potential by a wholesaler[Parchem] and -most importantly in my view-[d]the satisfactory reports from those who've actually used it and continue to use it, and who post on this forum. What more do you want? Better management? Possibly. The employment of a young, enthusiastic 'with it' promotions manager? Definitely.

GDOT is the only DOT on the planet using Edencrete in any quantity. The CEO's father just happens to be on the GDOT board.
DOT approval is just paperwork and a modest processing fee. They don't test the product. There is no guarantee that the product will ever be used. [In fact the FHWA - the most important DOT of all - is very strongly opposed to the use of proprietary products.]
Parchem is a distributor. It is almost certain EDE is paying them to stock and promote Edencrete.
GDOT seems to be the only organisation that is making meaningful repeat orders.
Edencrete is still basically unproven, expensive, totally impractical (they are basically shipping water) and produced by a small company that struggles to stay solvent. That is enough to deter just about any engineer who values his/her job and reputation.
