    The share price certainly indicates what the markets thinks - if it had any chance at all, LNC would be $3 or better.

    I think the Chinese have pulled out - thats why a 'heads of agreement' or 'memorandum of understanding' don't mean jack.

    Hell, steel mills are pulling out of written contracts, what can you do?
