Agree Yayama....would only add - as much as you can tolerate and support (financially) for 12 months - then there is a real likelyhood you will be well in the black!
IMO this is a real winner and at this price a steal - if only I had more $$ - would have been buying at these prices....but as they say I am up to the eyeballs!
