Just did some quick calcs.
Professional Invetment Holding to hold 80% of the new company. CAF Currently worth $21M = 20% of new entity. Therefore 100% = $105M. CAF is buying PIH for only $84M.
CAF will skyrocket.
Check out Count (COU). Almost exactly the same size company with similar FUA to PIH $18B. COU is valued at $330M !!!!!!
CAF share price should rocket to 40c. Nice pick up for CAF. Now a big player in this field.
