GXY is already doing that. The cost of SDV will be spread over three years, 2017-19, with the amount increasing as time goes on. Once you've made the evaporation ponds, there's not much to do except get a chair and sit back watching it evaporate. Next step is a pilot plant to perfect the processing and only then will be the full plant be built. That's my understanding, but DYOR. It's up to the board, but it's possible they could do all these things over the next few years - MT, SDV, JB and a dividend - given the sweet spot that GXY will be in until at least the early 2020s.
