The general opinion about the Lithium demand is between 16% to 18% per year (I consider these number quite conservative); this will translate on about 1mil tons by 2025 which will tip the scale on the under-supplied size.
I don't know where did you get the numbers from but it looks like it considered a very slow growth for Li demand and this is not right.
