bendigo, the way i look at it is i can buy 2 and half more oppies than the heads.
i can trade at any time.
most times the oppies will trade the same gap as the heads.... most times.

9 confirmed wells to drill
BUR will do there best to see the oppies trading at 25c. (ex price).
there's lots more one could say.
but yes there are down sides to them as well.
but time is not one of them.
