This company is sitting on a prized asset. Fancy having a cement production facility in the biggest growth story in town, China. It looks like its only in recent times the directors recognise this? Mabe the only other place you like to be is Dubai.
Given the right stragedies this has the potential to be big.
Quite simple really, and it looks like being implemented in the latest announcements. Increased production (must be managed and controlled,)=Increased Growth=Revenue=Increased profit=Increased SP
