I just can't see it hitting $1 any time soon. I took a gamble and sold @.715, which may bite me later, as I am trying to buy back in lower.... If I don't get back onto Goodman at mt set price, I will simply put it to work elsewhere. Still, I have a liking for Goodman, so I am hopeful my order will fill.

I do believe there is a good future for GMG and obviously the market agrees, given how it is trading well above NTA. I just think $1 is a little premature at the moment. Goodman has been at this level previously and until the whole market (and property values) get a boost, I think this may stay down for a while. I am gambling on a drop back down towards its 12 months average, but I could be (with my luck WILL be) proven wrong. Regardless, I still think Goodman is good value in this price range and believe it will provide good return over the next few years, unless we end up with another global meltdown.
