I looked at a company with a mine in Niger and brought BOE. Looking at that today I know it wasn't a whoops. Longer term I am certain it wasn't. The French and other company some of us know which were or trying to mine u308 in Niger are hurting and we can all commiserate or know our choice to buy and hold Boss was a much better, safer and rewarding investment.
"Orano has said it is taking legal action following the "arbitrary detention" of one of its staff in Niger. The Nigerien security services carried out a raid on the offices of its SOMAÏR, COMINAK, IMOURAREN SA and Orano Mining subsidiaries in Niamey on 5 May, during which electronic devices and cellphones belonging to all staff were seized and the managing directors of these subsidiaries were held and interrogated in their offices, the French company said. "Following this operation, the director of Orano Mining Niger is reported to have been taken to the headquarters of the Nigerien General Directorate of External Documentation and Surveillance (Direction Générale de la Documentation et de la Sécurité Extérieure, DGDSE)," it added, since when "it has proven impossible to establish any communication with him and the police is still preventing access to subsidiary offices at Niamey." Orano "has therefore decided to file a suit with the courts of the Republic of Niger for arbitrary arrest, illegal detention and unjust confiscation of the property of Nigerien companies, subsidiaries of Orano and the State of Niger itself.""

BOE March 11 close to $2.00 or $2.37ish price when you made this post thread was a very nice time to buy in hindsight
Note many of us brought well below $2 years ago and enjoy the well over 100% gains which are still well below some Fair value estimates which may or may not consider all the factors above fully.
