they did issue some notes convertible at 0.0025 about 2 billions. then reconstruction again 80 to 1 ,,ok
the reconstruction is to come??
then broker will issue a prosectus to raise 5 millions at 20 cents
all shares holders completely burnt, if only but Cremated??
the previous board did nothin at all ??
