WPL buying out COP's share of a field is slightly different to people investing their savings in a company that's not going to make a profit for the next 6 years. I think WPL have a much longer vision than your average mum and dad investor.
The point I was trying to get to before is I don't think it's "suppression or manipulation" FAR has traded $132k worth today. That's hardly someone fighting buyers to try and suppress the value or someone accumulating.
I know people hate it when posters come in and say that FAR isn't the best stock on the ASX and it's going to make everyone rich. I'm just saying it as I see it. When I first started trading I got caught up in the hype and trusted everyone and I got burnt. I think it's healthy to have people that are a bit more skeptical so the new guys don't get sucked into the hype and burn money.
