Despite the recent announcements and GRs tour of the funds the FAR SP continues to slide.
Is it that the Cairns JOA totally stitched up FAR and there are no meaningful pre-empt rights.
Surely FAR should clear the air and state if there are pre-empt rights and they are doing something.
