We all just lost 10% of our stock through dilution. If you have 100,000 shares you now need to buy another 10,000 to get back to the % holding you had before.
I would rather have had bank finance any day especially with CCU digging real money out of the ground. The short payback period for a loan makes it acceptable keeping interest payable low.
Does 4 work days seem quick for a 26 million share offer nailed?
