Read the AGM presentations. The delay is largely to do with the time taken in getting relevant government approvals.
As stated in the Managing Directors presentation:
"The permitting process has taken longer than expected... Any permitting delays will extend the timeline to commissioning and production"
We still require:
Mine Operations Plan to be approved
Environment Protection Licence (5th November)
