Yes we diluted the share base but we no longer have to pay interest on debt.

So the dilution is couteracted by the fact we dont have to pay 8% on $20M to a bank....... ie somewhere between $1.5M and $2.0M per year in interest was just saved.

Additionally we are not forced to hedge our silver sales to cover debt repayments. Banks which control your destiny in todays market would be a disaster waiting to happen if global currencies truely collapse.......

I'll continue to top up on these gifted pull backs in SP.
