    swings and roundabouts.... if you have finance you have a financing interest cost. We avoid that but have a small dilution in shares which has a similar net effect.

    The big benefit this way is no hedging should silver rocket.... the banks would have insisted on hedging for the period of the loan....

    All in all this is a good deal.
