    As far as I can see, DXS must be fuming or foaming at the mouth re CMW sneaking in a 9.83% position into IOF today!

    If their announcement establishes a cut-off at around a $4.06 to $4.08 per share....

    Time for DXS to drop this offer, or at least reduce their scrip component as part of the price?

    If the management so wish to mess unit holders about.
