At the TOP of the market the BULLS only see more “BLUE SKY”.

At the BOTTOM of the market the BEARS only see more “DOOM & GLOOM”.

The idea is to try and read the market be it Stocks, Commodities, Property or whatever and make your bets accordingly.

Many of us are BETTING that the Australian Housing Market will CRASH.
(I personally sold up and moved my family overseas to sit this one out).

Others are BETTING that it will continue to go up, up and away to the MOON.....

The question is, can the BULLS pull a RABBIT out of the HAT?

Recent HISTORY in other countries says NO. Why should Australia be an exception?
