These comments are exactly why I didn't want to get roped into conversation. Absolutly mindless and selfish. So you will enjoy watching your parents (assuming they own a house), your friends and your friends parents all lose their wealth?, you will enjoy watching their anguish and pain as any chance of happiness in retirement dries up? How selfish, simply because you can't afford to buy a house or you choose not to. An absolutly moronic statement... I have no idea whether property will rise or fall (I hope it rises), but I do know I would not enjoy watching any ones wealth disappear, through property, shares or any other investment. Ps Even though you make ridiculous statements, I hope you don't lose your job, because I am sure you have loved ones out there that care about your happiness and success, even if you don't care about their's...
