Sellers are in control they have large parcels in the sell side unsettling small investors. These same sellers are then buying up at low levels...unfortunately I am and most investors lack patience and go looking elsewhere.. I have bought a parcel # 0.21..I would embrace a long term view if there wasn't so much volatility.
