I dont think enthusiasm has anything to do with it. More about calculating likely outcomes this week. Thursday is decision day and this is very likely to be a green light. China JV is icing if it comes through this week. Lot of large buyers coming in later in the day, as opposed to stop loss trades before lunch - so it was obvious that others have similar thoughts.
