CXY is now a stock for gamblers not investors. I love to gamble but the current price is way too high. If DERM don't give the approval, it is goodnight for CXY. Do you think the risk of that is baked into the stock price?

Who thinks a JV is going to proceed whilst the state government has halted the demo project or dare I ask will any JV ever be done now? Would you want to jump in bed with a company with a major blemish in its environmental history?
