11th April - 'OAKAJEE FUNDING SECURED' - no ambiguity with this.

14th April - 'agreement which would assist the Company in securing the funding necessary to construct port and rail at Oakajee' - contradicts previous announcement of funding secured, so we are now told funding still to be arranged.

17th April - 'information in respect of their capacity to meet their funding obligations under the Agreement;'- now not sure if they can do it.

This is major backtracking from original statement and reason ASX/ASIC are all over this.
