Obligations - Meaning they are have agreed to provide funds and must provide them.
PDY has been asked by the ASX and ASIC for evidence that the "wealthy Australian" is in a position to follow through with their obligations. If there is an 'anonymous' clause in the agreement between PDY and "wealthy Australian" what option does PDY have? They can't simply expose the source and jeopardize the funds.
I have a bad feeling about it but all is not lost yet.
