    The fact they are now seeking information just digs the hole deeper for PDY board, suppose to get that before making announcement.

    Also on matter of confidentiality any legal firm practicing in this area would have told them they can't escape disclosure requirements of a public company by simply putting that in an agreement. Any serious financier would know that a public company has to keep the market informed of material matters concerning their affairs.
