Padbury put an announcement out there to be the first.

PDY must of got wind that Colin was close to getting a
deal while in China. So they come out with their patchy announcement so they could say we were here first and you have to consider us.

I think we have covered extensively how the ASX even let them get this through but it looks PDY were a few weeks away from being able to announce properly all details.

Imagine Colin did announce that he had got the funding and PDY were not ready only to say a few weeks later ...what about us we have funding too... PDY would have been at a severe disadvantage.

Since the original announcement of PDY Colins announcement would have been carefully worded as he has not secured the funding yet either.

This whole thing is Colins dream and he wants it to happen. PDY has crashed the party a little but they have not done a good job in having everything ready... So Colin does not want to discount the PDY pitch in the event he cant get his own funding.

Either way PDY has to show they have got the cash and they need to do it in a hurry. Otherwise they will be thrown away with their hard work.

I hope this comes out in the positive for PDY by god do it quick.
