Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears that AEX has managed to purchase 50% of Seque (SEQ) 50% share of the leases and mineral rights to the U leases of "angela and pamela" in the NT.

You might ask why would SEQ part with half of it's 50 % of $ 2 billion worth of U for $110,000 cash and two tranches of AEX shares and options worth $1 m + $2.3 m if they prevail in court !!!

What on earth would the SEQ board be thinking ? Here's a quick $110,000 if we lose in court ? Not likely.

Quess what folks, there is a lot more to Denny Dalton than meet the eyes. SEQ would be gaining shares into AEX and thus a share of DD. AEX have convinced SEQ that DD with it's JORC compliant deposit is a real goer and that " in the near future AEX would be proving up it's JORC compliance and hence AEX's share price would be appreciating considerably."
