Fully agree with this statement. Bottom line is that VMS management has a poor track record and no one really trusts them to deliver. CHN are the complete opposite, hottest ticket in town right now and they have a happy bunch of shareholders with fresh money and a trust for CHN management. This project is way better off with them running the show.
