. #2 Do we really imagine CHN are beavering flat out with their ground EM coverage...to then give away their given/chosen rights?!! Why would they launch into this program now if they thought they could not achieve deadline?
. #1. This probability stands out as the most likely winner. Steady as he goes, until Thor is adequately evaluated. Or else, pay up massively for any alternative.
. Both parties have too much to lose... to not continue with this deal IMO. Time, work and level of commitment will soon tell.
