    Thanks Brian. Great to be back. Reports of my demise were greatly exaggerated.

    Anyway, I've not been following TZ for the best part of a year.
    Can somebody tell me whether we are surfing some major waves from the "first ripples cast by pebbles cast in to a large pond", as stated in the 2011 annual report? Or have the ripples led to a Tsunami from the competition that is now smashing our wretched body against the rocks?
